Soul Spa invites participants to engage in a variety of spiritual practices to nurture body, mind, and spirit. We will start and end together with free time in the middle for you to visit as few or as many stations as you desire. Stations offered include gentle yoga, creative project, Visio Divina, seated healing touch sessions, and refreshments. Wear comfortable clothing and come as you are.
