Greetings

Greetings, Trinity Lutheran!
We are so excited to be joining this community of faith! We were invited to share a few words to introduce ourselves briefly.
I (Pastor Daniel) grew up in Osage, Iowa, and am a 2008 graduate of Osage High School. I attended and graduated from Wartburg College (2012) and Luther Seminary (2016). I served my first call in Hampton, Iowa. While Mason City has never been far away, I’m excited to get to know the community better and call it home!
I first met my wife, Aimee Lenth, at Sugar Creek Bible Camp while I was in seminary, and she was working as a camp counselor. We were married in 2017. Aimee grew up in Luana, Iowa, and graduated from MFL MarMac. She later graduated from Luther College in 2014. Aimee currently works at La Luz Centro Cultural in Hampton, providing support to our newest immigrant neighbors. She is also currently attending Augsburg University pursuing a Master’s of Social Work degree.
In my spare time, I love to garden, catch up on the latest from Marvel/Star Wars, and follow Major League Baseball, especially the St. Louis Cardinals. Aimee loves to read, play board games, and play the flute. Together we enjoy traveling and exploring God’s creation. We are the proud humans of two cats, Johannes (Johan) and Walpurga (Wally) Bugenhagen. We are excited to meet you all and share in ministry together!
