This group meets from the beginning of September through the end of May.
A free exercise class for any adult age 55+ who is physically able to exercise. The program is coordinated by RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) and led by RSVP volunteers. The low-impact exercises are designed to help stretch and strengthen the whole body. This class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM, from September through May in Trinity’s Gathering Space. Please bring a water bottle and hand weights (cans of food also work).
