Director of Middle School and High School Ministries

Do you have a passion for helping young people discover God’s love, ask big questions, and grow into lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ? Trinity Lutheran Church is seeking a Director of Middle School and High School Ministry who is excited to build authentic relationships with students and their families while creating meaningful opportunities for faith, fellowship, service, and fun.

This flexible full-time or part-time position offers the opportunity to lead a vibrant ministry through confirmation, youth groups, service opportunities, special events, and everyday moments of connection. Working closely with staff, volunteers, and families, you’ll help create experiences that inspire young people to deepen their faith, serve others, and become active leaders within the church and community.
