BASES (Balance-Agility-Strength-Endurance-Socialization) Exercise Class returns September 2, 2025. This free exercise class for adults age 55 or older is coordinated by RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) and led by RSVP volunteers. BASES will meet every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:00 – 9:00 AM in the Gathering Space at Trinity Lutheran Church.
